A team member at our Winesburg facility, Aaron Ng’ambi was recently promoted to supervisor after holding assembly, tender, utility and operator roles at both Mogadore and Kent. Aaron is excited to motivate his fellow team members to deliver quality results and for his expanded opportunity for learning and personal growth.

Advice for his colleagues? Aaron has a few words of wisdom – always come to work with a positive attitude and your day will be a pleasant one, don’t be afraid to ask questions, and anything that’s been done before is doable with just a little practice. Aaron’s father said it best – “work hard today and tomorrow will be easy, but if you do not work hard today then tomorrow will be difficult.”

During his personal time, Aaron loves to read non-fiction books, watch documentaries and sports, and enjoy BBQs with friends. Meeting new people and making friendships is something that Aaron also enjoys. Aaron is one of 8 children, with 2 older sisters and 5 younger brothers!
