Challenges … and all the details.
Greg Graham, KEP Director of Extrusion Operations, is ALL about the details. From answering capability questions to walking customers through the manufacturing process – Greg dives into the details to determine the most efficient and time-and-money saving solutions for our customers. Greg loves helping KEP customers overcome challenges.
Example: Recently, a company placed tubing orders with us. Greg participated in calls with the company, gathered all the technological details and precautions (like maintaining tolerances). He then presented three viable options. This not only added value to the customer experience, it gave them choices based on real, innovative and proactive details – solutions that accounted for all the engineering work up front.
Hands-on Problem Solver
Greg has done so many jobs for us – starting in Kent as a QA technician, then working as a supervisor in Mogadore when the facility was opened, transitioning to Mogadore’s extrusion manager soon after, and finally, becoming our Director of Extrusion Operations.
You can find Greg hopping on calls, understanding capabilities, understanding all the line operations. Speaking directly to our customers. Greg is a true company asset – he’s done (and understands) every job on the line.
Only at the Rightsize Company like ours can customers find a talent of Greg’s level that will still pivot and be available for customer calls!
