KEP honors Breast Cancer Awareness Month every October by supporting and encouraging screening for the disease. Since 1985, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month has been devoted to promoting the importance of early detection and access to timely, high-quality care.
KEP is also proud to play a role in the high-quality care of cancer patients who are treated with an application pain management pump. This pump automatically and continuously delivers local anesthetic for post-operative and chemotherapy pain management.
We produce a key component for this equipment:
- A multi-tube bladder that inflates and then decompresses to release the anesthetic
KEP’s indirect contribution to treating cancer is shared across our entire organization. It is a company-wide effort, with work being done on these components in all three of our facilities…to serve patients around the world.
