On our team for 17 years, Anne Miller currently works as a Diproom Operator at our Kent facility. Anne is responsible for ensuring high quality and consistency for our tubing products during the latex dipping process. Anne also has experience working as a Processor, Extrusion Operator, and more roles during her time working at our Kent and Mogadore facilities.
Anne says her best day at work is when she can stay busy, but not overwhelmed, and succeeds at figuring out a difficult changeover. Anne holds a Women of Steel coordinator position for her local union’s Women’s Committee. “I get to go to the second year Women in Steel course this year and can’t wait to learn about negotiations and grievance procedures,” says Anne.
When she’s not working hard at KEP, Anne enjoys knitting, mostly sweaters, and some hats. You can also catch her and her husband fishing and target shooting!
