Renée Onesti
Director Of Operations
Renée leads the maintenance team to evaluate and improve the equipment, facilities and processes for all three KEP locations. Her team reengineers, improves and maintains these areas to maximize safety, productivity, efficiency and reliability. She is a passionate believer in American manufacturing, teamwork and lifelong learning.
As KEP’s engineer, Renée brings new ideas and visions to help resolve manufacturing challenges and make improvements. She is a 6 Sigma Black Belt and holds a Certificate in Applied Project Management, Lean Mastery and Leadership Essentials.
“My best day at work is when I’m collaborating with my team to improve equipment or a process, looking for ways to move our company forward or solve customer problems and brainstorming the best ways to make these improvements.
In her personal time, Renée is passionate about being active in the community and spending time with family. She is an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, River City Charities, Portage County Safety Council Steering Committee, Munroe Falls Park Board and Bloom of Kent. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Renée joined KEP in 2007.
