Tina Long

Tina has been with Kent Elastomer Products for 18 years, spending considerable time as an extrusion operator at our Mogadore facility before transitioning to sales support. Tina’s extensive hands-on production experience allows her to help our customers understand many of our capabilities and processes. Her dedication has earned her the prestigious title of Employee of the Year for three consecutive years.

Tina finds her work most rewarding when she can make her customers happy and looks forward to learning from her colleagues, building lasting relationships with customers, and contributing to the team’s continued success. She is excited about the journey ahead and the opportunity to continue making a positive impact both within the team and for KEP’s valued customers.

Outside of work, Tina enjoys beach vacations with her husband, whom she met at KEP, and cherishes moments with her children and their dog.
