Welcome to KEP, Brian Lipowski!
KEP is proud to welcome Brian Lipowski as our new Director of Quality, Regulatory and Technical (QRT) Services! Brian comes to KEP from Polymer Solutions Group where he was Director, EHS and Quality and previously Avery Dennison where he was Quality Engineer and Interim Quality Manager. In his new role, he will lead and continually build the credentials of KEP’s QRT team.
Brian brings valuable experience from heavily regulated markets (automotive and medical) and will continue to expand KEP’s service to clients reacting to regulatory changes that address validation, material requirements, and specifications. These are all critical issues in heavily regulated industries!
Along with executive leadership, Brian will also lead the launch of KEP’s biopharmaceutical tubing to global markets and will continue to lead KEP’s progress as a manufacturer of single fluid transfer systems for pharmaceutical customers.
Under Brian’s management, KEP will maintain the ISO 13485:2016 and other systems already established, develop its depth and sophistication, and add more credentials – including compliance with ISO 14001 status to meet the needs of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) demands. He certainly has his work cut out for him – but we are confident he will do an excellent job!
Having worked for companies ranging in size from twelve to 35,000, Brian recognizes the value of KEP’s size. “It’s large enough to be a major player and small enough to react to change with agility,” he states. “Our team is always available – ready to sit down and make things happen without exception.”
“KEP is unique in bringing together two different teams: Quality and Technical Services,” said Bob Oborn, President at KEP. “Having Brian oversee quality, regulatory and technical services streamlines our ability to address regulatory, technical and materials issues, meet compliance, and avoid recalls and production delays.”
Welcome to the team Brian, we’re so glad you’re here!
